Brian Cudeck is my name. I have been working in stained glass for 38 years of my lifetime. I have always loved the changing feel of glass, the tonal change dependent on light or lack of light that is taking place. My favorite viewing of a beautiful glass piece is on a grey overcast day, the best for dramatically bringing out the strength of the colors.
As well as a passion for glass, I also have been creating in steel since around 1996. For me, the combining of the rigidity of the steel with the fragility of the glass lends itself to find a ying and yang compliment of the two mediums. I feel grateful and honored to be able to create in both.
